It feels good to reach episode 11 of Get Low, and what a episode it is!

This week we kick off the show with a new track from Tyga featuring Chris Brown, “Snapbacks Back”, and then quickly juke it out with the new remix of Kelly Rowland’s track “Motivation” featuring Chi-town’s one and only, Kid Sister. There has been so many great reggae tracks recently and it seemed only right to jump into the new “Broken Hearts Riddim” with Richie Spice and Da Professor and follow on with some new dancehall from the Lighter, Birbwire and Contra Riddims. This weeks guest mix is from Melbourne’s much loved son, Tranter. He lays down a special 20-minute mix that might be a preview of what to expect from him at the Splendour In The Grass festival. In the last half of the show look out for the new remix from Claude Von Stroke, a free track from Major Lazer and something new from Vybz Kartel taken from his recently released “Kingston Story” album available now on Mixpak.

We made it! Episode 10 brings in double figures and we have reached 6 months of Get Low!

At the top of the show we have the new track from Big Sean who just dropped his new album “Finally Famous: The Album” - go grab it! From there, we follow on with some new dancehall with the “Drink & Party Riddim” and the special Heatwave version of Stylo G’s “Call Mi A Yardie”. This episode, we have a great 20-min mix from Central Coast lad, Benson who now lives in Melbourne. Benson is dropping some great production at the moment, so look out for some of that in his mix. Towards the end of the show, we hear something new from SBTRKT taken from his up coming album that is AMAZING! Damn! It’s starting to get cold in Melbourne! Luckily, we have a jammed packed show full of heaters to warm you up! This week, the guest 20-minute mix is from Congo Tardis #1, and this is probably my favourite mix all year - full of exclusives and shout outs from DJs and producers across the world. Make sure you check this out. At the start of the show Young L drops some vocals on Lunice’s track “Hip Pop” and then we quickly go into dancehall territory. There was too many big tunes this week to leave any out. New bits from J Boog, Sean Paul, Gyptian and Natalie Storm - this is dancehall heaven right here.
